One of the best things, and honestly my favorite part of the park is that it feels tucked away and peaceful while still being right in the heart of Denver. You get lush greenery, winding paths, open sky, waterfront views and of course, did I mention you can also bring your pup? It has everything you need for the perfect first look without needed to drive to the mountains.
For couples who want that natural, romantic atmosphere without committing to a mountain hike (or unpredictable elevation weather), this park is the perfect middle ground.
Kat and Wes began their wedding celebrations with a first-look right at the heart of the gardens in Washington Park. With cloudy skies on a warm spring day, it was certain that the day would be magical.
With an embrace, and some joyful tears, we ventured into the gardens for moments of grace, while also frolicking and chasing each other around, creating memories that will last a lifetime. It's moments like these that set the tone for the rest of the day's festivities and it was nothing short of joyful to witness their love and adoration.
